Are tune-ups required to stay enrolled?+
No. Tune-ups are optional and offered at the discounted member rate of $69 each. Skipping them does not affect your membership or your discount.
What does the 3-year parts & labor warranty cover?+
It covers parts and labor on any repair performed by Climate Pro for three years from the date of service. See the warranty disclosure below for excluded components.

Warranty Disclosure
The 3-year parts & labor warranty included with the White Glove Membership applies to repairs performed by Climate Pro and excludes the following components: compressors, condenser and evaporator coils, and refrigerant-related failures caused by manufacturer defect. Existing equipment-manufacturer warranties remain in effect per their original terms.
