When to call the emergency line.
Not every HVAC issue is an emergency. The system that's making a new noise but still running can wait until morning. But if the safety, the house, or vulnerable family members are at risk, call us now. That's what the after-hours line is for.
Every visit includes
- No heat in freezing weather
- When indoor temps drop below 55 and pipes are at risk, that's an emergency. Same-night response.
- No A/C above 90 degrees
- Vulnerable family members, pets, or temperature-sensitive medications. We treat it as urgent.
- Water leaking from the unit
- Frozen coil overflow or condensate clog can damage ceilings fast. Don't wait until morning.
- Burning or gas smell
- Shut the system off at the breaker, leave the house if it's gas, and call us immediately.
- Tripped breaker that won't reset
- Could be a short in the outdoor unit. Don't keep flipping it. We'll diagnose tonight.
- Carbon monoxide alarm
- Get out, call 911, then call us. We'll inspect the furnace combustion the same visit.

Questions, answered.
What does emergency HVAC service cost after hours?+
Our after-hours diagnostic fee is higher than business-hours service, and we apply it to the repair if you proceed. Members get the standard rate.
How fast can you get to an emergency call?+
For most of Brentwood, Franklin, and Spring Hill we're on-site within 60-90 minutes of the call during evenings and weekends. Severe weather can extend that.
Do you handle commercial emergencies?+
Yes. Commercial maintenance-contract customers get priority dispatch 24/7. Non-contract commercial calls are still handled, scheduled by severity.
What should I do while I wait?+
Shut the system off if there's water, burning smell, or unusual noise. If it's a no-heat call in winter, open cabinet doors under sinks on outside walls to keep pipes warmer.
