Yes. There is no enrollment fee, no annual dues, and no hidden charges. The Priority Service Membership is offered free to Climate Pro residential customers across Williamson County and Middle Tennessee.
No. The two seasonal tune-ups at $69 each are optional. You'll keep all other membership benefits — priority service, the 15% repair discount, the 3-year parts & labor warranty, and no overtime charges - whether or not you schedule the tune-ups. Members who do schedule them unlock a 30% repair discount.
The warranty applies to repairs performed by Climate Pro on your HVAC system. See the warranty disclosure below for excluded components.

Warranty Disclosure

Update to a previous review. Talk about great service! I’ve had Climate Pro do my twice per year HVAC service for a while now. I recently had an unexpected problem on a furnace installed four years ago - it stopped working on a chilly 23 degree day! Tim expertly diagnosed the issue was an inverted exhaust pipe and fixed it.
