Remote Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist (HVAC)

Fully Remote | Full-Time Flexible

Climate Pro is looking for a reliable and professional Remote Caller to join our growing team. This role is essential to our day-to-day operations and customer experience, serving as the first point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Perform outbound calls during downtime to generate and confirm appointments
• Maintain organization of schedules, customer information, and follow-ups
• Represent Climate Pro with professionalism and a positive attitude on every call

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls

Compensation & Growth:

• Hourly base pay plus performance-based pay per scheduled call
